Either drop them or deal with it. Maybe you are not communicating as clearly as you think you are, and maybe they are on autopilot or something, and keep asking the questions because they don't actually have feedback but think they're supposed to stay on top of you or something. You sound like you don't like or respect them and instead of working with them to improve by giving a clear instruction, you are frustrated and annoyed. [/quote]
