[/quote] Immersion in first grade tends to be very strict, at least our Immersion program was very strict. No one liked the first grade LA Teacher, even after the one retired, the new one was disliked. I think it is because they have to cover so much and they need the kids to be more focused faster to do what they need to do. Good luck! we love the immersion program but the first year can be more challenging for some kids. [/quote]
