Me: 155k Director HR 48 yrs old(Local Government, VA). For context: Education - MBA from India. DH: IT Consultant, runs his own company, 600k 52 yrs old. Education: Masters in Computer Science, UC Berkeley. 120k is a good salary in your 30s, there are many ways you can take it 200k+. Good luck!
Any “degree” from India is crap. Most often I have found many Indians flat out lie about their supposed education from India. Ethics don’t exist with most. Now, after being burned more than once, just try not to hire any South Asian, unless they have been educated in the US.
I am not going to try to change your mind. My MBA is from a top university in India, clearly I can do the job well that’s why I have survived. In a role like mine, if I didn’t know my work then I would be out flat on my a$$ in 3 months. Also, DH got his bachelor’s from IIT Delhi, they are better than even the so called MIT graduates but you go ahead and hang on right there to biases and prejudice.
I believe…you and please continue touting your “credentials” to others as required.
Jealousy is not a good look on anyone.
