You have the ball stealers, the kid who roams from position to position, the every time I get the ball I must put my head down and dribble, etc. Coach never corrects and gives these type of players more time. I remember watching a player take all the free kicks and corners. The kid was horrible at it. 9 out of 10 corners would go out of bounds. Coach just sat there. I guess development means not letting anyone else take a free kick or corner.[/quote]
