In fact the evidence suggests they do. For the class of 2022 the big privates (SFS, GDS, STA, NCS) had 21 NMSFs, and DCPS had none. For 2023 those privates had 14 and DCPS had 7. This year, those privates have 16 and DCPS has 8. The kids seem to have been redistributed by forces beyond their control, but they’re still hitting their numbers. [/quote]
