The Seward Group who wrote this article below actually represented me, I chose a SFH instead because at that price point a few years ago, it was a similar monthly payment. I don't regret it but have yard maintenance (ugh) and not a ton of neighborhood friends, so you probably have the better plan.

This is very helpful as there is a “B” unit on the market that looks really nice. That area seems a little distant from all the King Street attractions, but maybe that’s a good thing.[/quote]
