Then good luck finding a contractor that won’t rob you and would do good work! Also a friendly reminder about good old inflation. A gallon of milk is $12 and things have gone up in price by more than double. You’ve got townhomes in the us neighborhood selling for more per square foot so again I think this is fair as nice as it is.
