I know it's a great feeling to finally break through a plateau. My DH has been on his weight loss journey since February - after several attempts over the years at losing weight. He's down 43 lbs, plans to lose another 15-20 lbs. WRT building muscle, you're pretty darn close to your single-days weight. This would be a great way to maintain what you've already accomplished, plus as we age muscle plays an even more critical role outside of our weight. It helps with balance and agility. I'm partially wanting to get back to that weight but partially hearing my friends from when I was single saying I was to skinny, hence the muscle. I've never wanted a muscular frame though that's why I chose to lose weight instead of just bulking up. Now I'm more focused on trying to keep things like my weight down and my heart healthy and all those late in life diseases that are silent killers not to do that to me. [/quote]
