Good for up OP!! I know it's a great feeling to finally break through a plateau. My DH has been on his weight loss journey since February - after several attempts over the years at losing weight. He's down 43 lbs, plans to lose another 15-20 lbs.
WRT building muscle, you're pretty darn close to your single-days weight. This would be a great way to maintain what you've already accomplished, plus as we age muscle plays an even more critical role outside of our weight. It helps with balance and agility. Super important later in life.
