I'm not serious about the home, I haven't even driven by it! I like Carrington Homes and I like the facade/yard/neighborhood from what I have seen so far. Like I said, I have seen much tackier/uglier homes sell faster than this. Home was initially put on the market way back in the winter, then taken off and put back on again. DCUM provides valuable insights at times and I just wanted some insight.[/quote]
