Each time they wanted me to fence my yard, which I told them will cost me thousands of dollars. They didn't budge. I went out to West Virginia and rescued a dog on site. Arrived at the shelter and was driving home with the dog 2 hours later. I fenced in my yard a year later, when i could afford to do so. My wonderful boy is a pittie mix, got him at 4 years old.
