What's wrong with regular clove garlic? If it's too much work, get a $5 garlic press.
I can't cut up garlic, and have a very small kitchen so don't buy kitchen gadgets. But I have plenty of room in my fridge and freezer.
I always use fresh garlic, but my mom and sister (Korean) buy jar garlic from the Korean grocery store. Korean cooking requires a ton of garlic. But, jar garlic don't taste as good. I'm going to try the frozen ones people are talking about for emergencies. Never thought about it, but it's a great idea.
