Not sure if you're asking about boys/girls, but most teams have a solid foundation by U15, with less and less turnover as players age. Since the year is starting soonl, the rosters are firm, save for an injury or two. Moving onto a HS-aged ENCL team is a combination of timing, skill, luck, and positional need (and perhaps other factors). Reach out to the coaches of the teams that you are considering for your player. [/quote]
