Plenty of people have first hand knowledge, including me, and it was gross and nothing like the previous time I had gone (15 years ago). People laying all over the place, shooting up (including one we saw in their foot), eating out of the trash, completely out of it. You cannot leave ANYTHING in the car, in any neighborhood.
