We have been in PMSL for 10y and have been to many pools in the area. I can only think of one pool that has good natural shade for spectators (PG Pool.) Most pools don't have shade nearby to keep the debris out of the pool/deck area. We always use a tent.[/quote]

All great points. I can’t imagine most pools would have parking lots that could accommodate such a big event. That would seem wasteful of land. This was my first season doing a swim team and could see how hosting such a big meet would require a tremendous amount of work. Very appreciative to the WA families and volunteers who made the all-star event happen. [/quote]
