Copy right laws get complicated and you really need to work on copy righting everything from images to music and everything in between. There was a case in which someone was selling t-shirts with the Wizard of Oz film poster on it and MGM tried to sue but apparently the never copyrighted the poster, just the film so they lost. In another case the film the Its a Wonderful Life had fallen out of the copyright laws domain but because they were able to keep the music under copyright the owners continue to be able to ask for royalties to be paid. The last Space Jam was basically made to renew copy rights on all the old characters same with the Tom and Jerry movie nobody was asking for. [/quote]
