He held up the DC national Guard because he knew they would actually protect and defend the US Capitol. He wanted the US Military involved on the streets of the US because he knew they would defend Trump. He didn't want MPD on the streets, but that is what ended up saving the day. Read the memos please before you continue to spread the lies. They wanted "antifa" (another right wing fabrication) to be involved so as to create confusion on the streets. But if you go back and look, Mayor Bowser spread the word for DC residents and people not involved to stay away. Thank goodness people did stay away, except the ones who were conned into committing felonies on behalf of Trump.[/quote]
