I tried to run, but every higher-intensity workout resulted in what felt like period cramps. My doctors had no explanation and didn't seem concerned about finding one. Finally, when I started trying to get pregnant, I had an ultrasound that revealed a uterine polyp. It was benign, as most are. Once it was removed, I never had the problem again. You might want to ask your gyn. or do some research to see if you have any other symptoms suggesting a polyp. Good luck.[/quote] Interesting. How is this diagnosed?
