I lost a massive amount of weight (like 80-100 pounds). But I was also drinking a metric ton of high test beer, high stress job, very poor eating habits, essentially no real sleep. Dropping hooch only leads to big loss as you suggest if it’s a massive signal. And, a lot of people replace that sugar with non alcohol sugar. [/quote]
