Curious how many swimmers go from each age group swim in the relay carnival? We are division B. My swimmer is disappointed to not make any A meets and I’m wondering if this is something they might have a shot at.
Most age groups need 4 swimmers - there is a medley relay in each age group. It is common that swimmers 3&4 on this relay only swim this relay. There is no limit for an individual swimmer other than only swimming in their age group (or open) relays. Technically the 15-18s could be as low as 2, but that would be if you happen to have very fast 13-14s for the open medley. I believe our team didn’t include a 4th 15-18 boy last year as there were a coupe faster 14s. http://mcsl.org/documents/rlyorder.html
