I am a DINK. Where it's relevant to the conversation, I ask if my input is welcome. It made sense to me. Op has addressed the question to parents who are not grandparents. PP is asking if she would like to hear from the child's perspective. Instead of saying yes or no, people jump to an insult. Which, ironically, probably tells us everything we need to know. [/quote]
