Highest level is 5, which in theory equates to highest bracket. As mentioned earlier clubs determine #, which increases as the girls get older. Summer going into 9th grade teams should be doing 4-5 but before that 2-3 is fine per age. Depends on the LOP and commitment of the team/girls. Historically NL does not do tourneys into July b/c ppl want to go away, but there is a component to development where it benefits the future Wash Post All-Met to play into July. And part of NL problem is the invites as mentioned before. They don't get the invites to tournaments like LFTC because it goes to returning clubs and more established clubs in general so it's hard to break into that mold unless you area well-connected person that starts a club which is rare.
