If your director continues to place your team in a bracket where they lose easily this will eventually work against the team. The tournaments want competitive brackets and will bump teams down that cannot compete in a bracket. The goal is to play in the highest bracket your team can and make sure the team is competitive. Winning and losing is not something college coaches care about. Just make sure the team is competitive and playing in higher brackets.[/quote]
