[/quote] The thresholds are set to be considered and then each package is evaluated. The test score thresholds are for the NNAT and CoGAT, not iReady or DRA. The old standard had been a 132 in one sub category on the NNAT or CoGAT would mean that a child is in pool and automatically evaluated. The test scores are now ES dependent and represent the top 10% of the scores in each school. Parent referred packets and submissions (parent questionnaire and samples) are normally due in December. She will probably take the CoGAT in the fall. I am not sure how it works for kids in grades above 2nd who move in, if they are automatically considered with high enough test scores or if parents have to refer.[/quote]
