DP but I mean, it’s good to check in with yourself about what is reasonable. I do this too with weighing myself - we all do it!

Trying to gauge how hungry you are week to week is probably not possible to do objectively and more importantly, your hunger is going to vary week to week for a ton of reasons even if the medicine is working the same. So I think it would be a mistake to conclude that something is wrong with the medicine. There are a lot of more likely reasons (eg hormonal fluctuation, metabolic variation, weather, the moon, stress, etc). [/quote]

I'm experiencing something similar to op and for me it feels like the medicine isn't working. It does cause constipation but once that is resolved it's as if I never had the medicine. [/quote]
