While the Metro's down for the outer stations on the Orange Line, there's an express bus from the Vienna metro station to Rosslyn that runs continually throughout the day -- lots of professionals on it. So drop her off at the Vienna metro, she takes the express bus to Rosslyn, and then takes the Metro one stop to Foggy Bottom. Easy. My 15 year old daughter took the express bus from Vienna to Rosslyn and then then Metro to Smithsonian just the other day. [/quote]
