Since it's a guest bath, it'll only get used a couple weeks per year at most. It's also in the basement, so the subfloor is concrete (not wood) and thus a leak is relatively inconsequential. I'm quite annoyed, but given these factors, wonder if we are inviting problems and spending unnecessary $$ if we try to fix this. Would you try to fix, or just accept that you'll have to squeegee after guests use the shower?[/quote]
