When I was a teen there was an old pervert who flashed and chased me on a popular running trail. He was wearing a long shirt and nothing else. I escaped unscathed, but it was a formative experience and now it's just instinctive for me to do a quick check that there is indeed some type of butt covering when I see people dressed like that.
