She sounds like a great doctor. Maybe I should switch to her as I’m not happy with my RIMG doctor. But I would never call that practice a well-oiled machine. It takes 3 days minimum to get responses in the portal and often it’s from a medical assistant who misunderstands,  which then results in many more days of delay. Hold times are crazy if you try to call and I have not had calls returned after leaving messages. Maybe it’s my doctor but I think it’s the practice as my husband has had issues as well. Unfortunately, they are pretty much the only in-network option for Cigna near me. [/quote]
