The doc was great at connecting with my son. It was a video call via Talkiatry but the doctor (a psychiatrist) is based in Alexandria. Talkiatry accepts insurance and/or you can try the Dr. directly. We had tried video therapy before during COVID and it did not go well. I think the doctor we tried then wasn't great.
