I wasn’t as strict two weeks ago, but I was attempting.[/quote] This is what I eat regularly and I normally get 8.5-9.5 hours of sleep each night. It might just be that people who eat more also sleep less and that people who eat less require more sleep. There is a negative correlation between weight and sleep so that would make sense. [/quote]
