Job #1- Great training, a lot of support and hand holding. Great performance-based incentives. Really focused on the "team, team, team". But you don't fully trust the company. This company doesn't seem to like individuals and they really give a lot of public feedback- good or bad. It's a highly competitive environment.

Job #2- Little to no training (keep in mind, you are new and know nothing), there's a team but it's more independent. You will really have to just figure things out. However, things seem more transparent, they seem to move at a quicker pace, and you don't get any funny feelings. It's just nice people. It's not a competition. They are all just there to do their best.

Overall you feel that you will learn more in Job #1 and that will help your skills and make you more marketable. However, you think you will like job #2 better but you will be confused for awhile because the training and mentorship is not on par with job #1.  Both jobs allow telecommuting. Pay is about the same.
