Shady as in "we pretend to be nice, but watch your back" type of thing. Plus something is just not quite right about how they do business. They've been in business for a long time but I just get a funny feeling.
Yes, I worry about having to ask too many questions if I take job #2. I don't want to bother people, but I feel like I might have to because I do need a little bit of direction at this point. I love the independent work environment, but right now I feel as if it would be beneficial to have that guidance.
21:20- The pay is about the same, but the bonus potential makes #1 pay more.
#2 seems like the best fit for me overall. But I just wanted to make sure it's not dumb to pass up such good training and mentorship opportunities.
