OP here- no it looked like it was an MCPS event. Here’s what we received:

“Good Evening MCPS Families,

MCPS is hosting a caregiver event with a Spanish interpreter on May 31, at 7 pm focused on helping caregivers understand how kids are being influenced to promote hatred through social media, gaming, and popular culture.

With the new policy of keeping hate/bias acts on kids’ permanent records, it is critical for caregivers to understand how kids might unknowingly be promoting hate/bias speech.
