This is about the best explanation that you can have on AAU. One other caveat on AAU, there is AAU where there are "open" tryouts that play on the AAU circuit where the AAU programs have websites and IG pages, then there is the super high level ones that are invite only tryouts that are handed out to only the very top end of the talent level. those teams basically travel the country.[/quote]
