That particular sauce was not spicy and really covered any fishy taste or smell, so I think it would work well for mildly adventurous palates. Obviously I did not invent the wheel here but I felt like it might be an idea that would help out someone else. Funnily enough, we did the frozen shrimp scampi thing earlier in the week.
