OP, these campuses look and feel different and are on opposite coasts. Maybe those practical aspects might be the swaying factor. Does TJ have higher success at one early? Also, applying early is a double edged sword. If app isn't stunning, it could result in a rejection rather than deferral. Seems like more are rejecting rather than deferring early these days. Happened to mine last year. She revised app, added awards and had great admits in RD, but the extra time was needed to take her app over the top. Good luck! Might have had the chance at the early school if she had waited for RD even though numbers would indicate opposite. But at this tier, even w/ ED, there isn't a major bump for early because early admits include recruited athletes, legacy/donors, Questbridge, etc.[/quote]
