Anyway, try one of the 2 PP mentioned and go from there.  You may notice neighbors two streets over have no trash/leaf removal service, it is arbitrarily divided.  You will also notice no sidewalks and minimal public safety - fear of change!  Arlington has made leaps and strides in this area.  Why did you leave, just curious?   McLean, to most people I know, leaves much to be desired.  This is not out of jealousy, as we have (old, not new) properties there.
