Once you’ve been with a club up until HS it’s hard to switch, so people will put up with a coach that is less than ideal because it’s better than starting over. That said, while ASA has NTG level kids, it’s not so full that it wouldn’t take someone with the required times. A kid with NTG times will find a home at just about any high level club. [/quote]
