Based on my reading, it sounds like each person's experience can be different based on their anatomy. I did see there is a resuable menstrual disc on the market with a removal tab that could help with that. I haven't tried it. I use one with a removal notch though that is not reliable because if the disc rotates you can't reach the notch (but I haven't really had major issues with removal in any case).[/quote]
