But I'm way more upset if a responsible adult right there heard it and did nothing about it.[/quote] If OP is upset about the trash bag, then OP can do something about it (for example, find a dumpster to put it in, haul it to the curb, call 311). Complaining on DCUM does not count as doing something about it. On the other hand, if OP is upset that Jackson Reid administrators are not taking pride of ownership in their campus by removing a trash bag that's in Fort Reno Park (?) across the street from their campus, then... well, I really don't know what then.[/quote]
