I use Uber, but at least with identifiable taxis when you were driving behind them you could prepare yourself for them to suddenly stop in the middle of the street without warning. I have seen so many times when there was actually a parking spot (or place to pull over) literally three feet away, but the Uber driver still decided to stop in the middle of the lane or halfway across the lane and halfway in a bike lane to wait for a fare or to drop someone off.[/quote]
