We actually went through the eligibility process 2 years ago, and he was found eligible, but then we decided on private. The new district says that that eligibility is still good so he can start with an IEP, and then move to a 504. But the anxiety has improved a lot. The ADHD is currently the primary concern. It's inattentive, no hyperactivity at all.[/quote] are you moving to FCPS or different school system? I noticed in FCPS the special ED Teacher will have the final say on students grade. It's different PWCS where the General ED teacher will do all the grading the SPED teacher might say something, but the GEN ED teacher will end up doing the grading, in some cases it might make a different if they will one up or down.
