My sandwich loaf ingredients lists would be something like: white flour, wheat flour, milk, sugar, oil, yeast, salt. Just because something’s the fourth ingredient doesn’t mean there’s a lot of it. I guess sourdough is simpler: flour, water, starter/yeast, salt.[/quote]
