[/quote] This, though you may also find that clothes start fitting tight in other ways. You might lose inches off your waist but discover that things are tight in the thighs. Also, if you really up your upper body resistance training, it can really change the way shirts fit and make some things less flattering than they use to be. I used to wear strapless a lot and it looked cute on me but as my lats and the rest of my upper body got stronger, I found I looked better in v-necks (which used to look terrible on me) or sleeveless things, rather than just strapless.[/quote]
