When you give the "right" answer, Noom comes back and tells you that you can reach your goal even faster, 10 lbs in 10 weeks.  Then more questions and you'll be able to reach it in 8 weeks.  So you go ahead and sign up for Noom for 8 weeks and then you are bombarded with a series of inspirational texts and emails asking you how psyched you are to be doing Noom.  But there's actually no substance to what you are doing.  What exactly are you supposed to be doing?  The only guidance you've been given is an email that says foods with water are a more sensible choice than foods without water, example grapes are better than raisins.  Well ,that's good to know, but very few people form a diet around raisins and grapes.  There is no constructive advice about what to eat.[/quote]
