I love incline walking on the treadmill (no hands, obviously) and would love to get something decent to use at home. Any recommendations? I'd like it go go up to 15 - any higher won't really work with our basement ceilings.
Be careful Dash are use the highest incline for months and messed up my back. Took almost a year for it to completely go away.
What was your form like? I see SO many people (the majority, honestly) of people holding on to the machine and leaning back. You're supposed to have NO hands on the machine, swing your arms and lean forward - balancing the weight of your upper body over your lower body. Just like when you walk up a regular hill outside.
