[/quote] The charging network isn't vastly superior anymore, and the infrastructure bill had lots of money to expand it. Apparently states are coordinating so that, for example, you don't have 1 charger on either side of the state border but instead the chargers are 15 miles or whatever apart. Also, Musk made his chargers proprietary in order to lock other cars out of his network, which means that stations installing electric chargers need to install both types for twice the price--proving Musk isn't really in it for the environment.[/quote]
