Depends on your personality and your level of fitness. You want to do something that’s sustainable, mentally and physically. For me, I find 3-4 times a week on the Peloton (30 min classes) plenty. I try to walk or strength train on other days. It’s also a good break for my bottom. 😀[/quote]
