Labeling foods good and bad is the start of a diet not working as you feel guilty for eating the “wrong” food. It’s all about portions and balance. Nuts are often a culprit as a serving is usually only like 10-12 nuts and if you just take a handful you are eating 2-3 servings which is a lot. Just be really mindful of what you’re eating, let yourself have what you’re craving in moderation, adapt recipes to be lower calories, etc. and exercise….[/quote]
